Punjab

The best way to get your driving license in Pakistan is by using the Rasta app which is available on both, Android and iOS. Punjab IT Board has designed this app which books appointments of applicants. These are some of the documents required to get your international driving license:

  • Two attested passport size photographs.
  • One attested copy of your national identity card. 
  • A photocopy of your passport.
  • Medical certificate if you are above 60.
  • A valid national driving license copy. 
  • A Rs. 60 ticket from District Court.
  • Pay Rs. 450 to Habib Bank Limited (HBL)

Islamabad

If you live in Islamabad, you can get your international license from Citizen Facilitation Center, G-11/4. You need to give an application that will take up to 7 days to complete your request. This process usually costs Rs. 1050. But, if you need your request to be fulfilled urgently, you need to pay Rs. 2050. You will need the following documents:

  • Photocopy of a local driving license issued by Islamabad Traffic Police
  • Two Passport-Sized Photographs
  • A copy of valid Passport and visa
  • Photocopy of CNIC
  • Residential proof in Islamabad
  • Driving stamp of Rs. 30 by Post Office
  • Medical Certificate (for age 50 and above)

Sindh

For getting an international driving license in Pakistan from Sindh, you have to use the driving license website of Sindh. You can book an appointment and select your centre. To get your international driving license in Sindh, you need the following documents:

  • Two passport-sized photographs.
  • A photocopy of a local driving license issued by Sindh Police.
  • One photocopy of a valid passport and valid visa.
  • A photocopy of CNIC
  • Residential proof
  • Medical certificate for people above the age of 50

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

For getting a license in KPK, you have to visit Room no. 11, Second Floor of Tasneem Plaza with the following documents:

  • Two Passport-sized photographs
  • One photocopy of local driving license
  • A photocopy of a valid passport and valid visa
  • Residential proof
  • One photocopy of CNIC
  • Postal driving stamp
  • Medical certificate if the applicant is 50 or above in age.
