Infinix Zero2 hands-on

Infinix is a relatively newer brand in the Pakistani market and has started making it’s place. This is mainly due to the fact that the last smart phone which they introduced, the Infinix Hot Note, had good specs at a totally affordable price.

Recently, Infinix launched the Infinix Zero2 flagship device in Karachi. Infinix Zero2 is another smart phone with luring specs and an affordable price tag. We received the Zero2 review unit a few days back and here’s our hands-on experience of the device.

Infinix Zero2 Look & Feel

Lightweight, slimness and solid build material are a few things of the Infinix Zero2 that you immediately notice, once you take the phone out of the box. You’ll also notice the aluminum strip that goes around all sides of the phone. Although this strip adds to the overall beauty of the phone but it also does make it slippery. You’d definitely need to handle the device with care as it is quite easy to drop due to it’s lightweight and slippery grip.

Infinix Zero2 has a pretty interesting back which is made out of Kevlar, the material used in making body armor amongst many other things. Despite what it looks like, the back of the Infinix Zero2 feels smooth and rubbery. Like many new smart phones, Infinix Zero2 also does not have a removable back cover.

After a few days of use, we realized that although good build material (aluminum) is used, but the build quality is still just average. This wasn’t a shocker to us since the phone has a pretty decent price tag. Moving on, we also noticed that the phone is a little longer than it needs to be since there is too much free space  on the top and bottom of the display.
