Yasin Malik a Kashmiri separatist leader won’t be allowed to stage any protest in Delhi as announced by him, over the issue of handing over of the body of Parliament attack convict Afzal Guru to his family.
Its is likely that home ministry of India will advise Delhi Police not to grant permission to Yasin Malik to protest at Jantar Mantar demanding handing over of the body of Afzal Guru, hanged on February 9 2013 in Tihar jail.
