LAHORE: Four family members of Sarabjit Singh, an Indian spy jailed in Lahore’s Kot Lakhpat on espionage charges, have been issued visas by Pakistani authorities, counsel of Singh said on Saturday.
Singh was taken to Jinnah Hospital in Lahore on Friday after he received head injuries as he was brutally beaten with bricks and plates by fellow prisoners when he came out for lunch from his special barrack in jail.
Sarabjit Singh is in a coma, while doctors in the hospital have declared that the next 24 hours are crucial for Singh.
