ISLAMABAD: An eight-member Judicial Commission will depart for India on September 11 to cross examine witnesses in the Mumbai attack case, a gazette notification submitted by the FIA in an anti-terrorism court in Islamabad on Wednesday stated.

During today’s hearing of Mumbai attack case, the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) submitted gazette notification in the court about the departure of Judicial Commission to India.

Later, the court adjourned the hearing of case till September 18.
