Indian taxi driver rapes Police woman as she was travelling with daughter

NEW DELHI: A 33-year-old Polish woman was raped in a taxi as she was travelling with her two-year-old daughter from Mathura, a city in the north Indian state of Uttar Pradesh, to the Indian capital.

Police said that the woman was travelling in a taxi with her daughter to New Delhi, meanwhile the taxi driver drugged her using some spray and after she fell unconscious, he raped her.

The spokesman of Delhi police Rajan Bhagat said that the woman woke up on a bench outside a railway station in New Delhi with her toddler crying by her side, adding that police who were searching for the driver.
