Delhi: Bus Rape Case is moving fast at track and 5 accused raping and murdering unfortunate 23-year old girl will be formally charged by a speedy trial court on Saturday.
The prosecution has demanded to charge 5 under 13 sections of the IPC including murder, gangrape, robbery and conspiracy. The gangrape and murder of the 23-year old girl in December last year had led to wide-spread protests in the capital. The protesters had demanded death penalty for the rapists.
