Monitoring Desk: Pune, India: Massive land slid in Malin village of Maharashtra Pune district has killed 10 persons while over 160 are trapped under the debris  and predictions of more rain in the next few hours is the biggest challenge for rescue teams to rescue trapped people.

According to Pune Radio, a portion of hill came crashing down on the village due to heavy rain. The authorities are facing hurdles in rescue operations as the village is located in a remote area, about 12 km from Dimbhe dam.
