New Delhi: India has intensified its attempt to get Veto power in UN Security Council and this point will on the agenda of latest visits of Indian PM Manmohan Singh to Russia and china from Oct. 20, 2013 and during his visit he will hold talks with President Vladimir Putin and from October 22 he will visit China and meet his counterpart Li Keqiang to hold discussions on indian role in UN, bilateral, regional and global issues with a view to strengthening the partnership between the two countries. According to Indian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Singh will also meet  President Xi Jinping and National People’s Congress Chairman Zhang Dejiang.
