ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Monday issued a notice to all those involved in judges detention case against former military ruler Pervez Musharraf and sought all relevant records over an appeal filed against the court’s decision to reject the bail plea of the former president.

A two-member divisional bench of the IHC comprising of Justice Shaukat Aziz Siddiqui and Justice Riaz Ahmed Khan resumed the hearing over an appeal filed by Musharraf’s counsel Advocate Ilyas Siddiqui against the rejection of his client’s bail application by an Anti-Terrorism Court in the judges detention case.

Later, the court adjourned the hearing until June 4.
