ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has declared the appointment of Ali Arshad Hakeem as chairman Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) as illegal and unconstitutional.
The verdict was announced by Justice Shaukat Aziz Siddiqui of Islamabad High Court.
Earlier‚ on the eighth of April‚ the court had ceased Ali Arshad Hakeem to work as the FBR chairman.
