Everyone loves chocolate and desires to have as much chocolate as possible. But buying so much chocolate from the market is not easy because it will be costly. What if you can make chocolate at home? Here we will discuss the ways that you can use to make chocolate at home.

How To Make Chocolate at Home?

Dark Chocolate

Make chocolate at home

  • ½ cup of coconut oil.
  • ½ cup of cocoa powder.
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract.
  • 3 tablespoons of honey.

Step1: Take all the above-mentioned things in the given quantity.

Step 2: Add coconut oil to a saucepan at low flame to let it melt completely.

Step 3: When the oil is melted then add the vanilla extract and honey in it, and stir it until it forms into a syrup.

Step 4:  Mix cocoa powder into the mixture. Then use the spoon to mix the powder evenly. 

Step 5: Remove the mixture from the heat, and keep mixing until it gets thick. When the mixture becomes smooth and a little glossy. Now pour your mixture into small molds.

Step 6: Now put the condensed mixture into the refrigerator for almost 1 hour. Finally, your dark chocolate is ready to eat.

Milk Chocolate 

Make chocolate at home

  • ¾ cup of cocoa powder.
  • ¼ cup of milk powder. 
  • 1 cup of powdered sugar.
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla or chocolate extract.
  • ¾ cup of cocoa butter.

Step 1: Using the double-boiler technique, place the saucepan on the stove over medium heat. 

Step 2: Fix the mixing bowl on the saucepan. Now add all the ingredients to the bowl.

Step 3: Put cocoa butter into the bowl and let it melt completely by using a spoon. 

Step 4: Now, mix cocoa powder into the butter, then keep stirring.

Step 5: Now include milk powder in the butter mixture and mix it to avoid any lumps.

Step 6: Add sugar and vanilla extract to the chocolate mixture, keep stirring. 

Step 7: Then put the mixture into the silicone molds. 

Step 8: Finally place this mixture into the refrigerator for 2 hours. After that, you can eat it. 

These are the simplest ways to make chocolate at home and satisfy your cravings anytime you want.
