Hajj fare reduced by Rs 23,000

RAWALPINDI: The government federal has reduced Hajj fare by Rs 23,000, the Minister for Religious Affairs and Inter-faith Harmony Sardar Muhammad Yousaf told media on Monday.

   

The minister said that residence and transportation facilities would be provided to the pilgrims during their stay in Saudi Arabia.

In reply to a question, the minister said that more than 2, 600 seminaries of all sects were registered; however, the government was not carrying out operation against any particular sect in the name of reforms.
