Bus passengers in Abu Dhabi can pay for their trip using the rechargeable smart card known as the Halifax card. To simplify the procedure, the Integrated Transport Centre (ITC) of the Department of Municipality and Transport recently released fresh updates on recharging the Hafilat card online via e-services on the ITC or Darbi websites.

Visit the official Abu Dhabi government portal and log in to your account. From there, you should be able to check your balance.

If an official Hafilat mobile app is available, you can download it from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). Once installed, you can log in or enter your card details to check the balance.
