QUETTA: Four gunmen on two motorcycles opened indiscriminate fire at a house in Killi Dur Muhammad area of Balochistan’s Sibi town on Thursday that left at least five persons including four women killed and another two injured, police said.

Police said the assailants managed to escape unhurt, whereas the casualties were rushed to Civil Hospital Sibi for medical treatment.

The house could have been targeted by religiously-motivated militants for suspected involvement in ‘immoral’ activities allegedly taking place at the premises, police sources told media on the condition of anonymity.
