The president said that Pakistan’s enemies were trying to disrupt our peace and progress but their nefarious designs would be thwarted with national unity and cohesion.

President Mamnoon said that the sacrifices of those who laid down their lives for the cause of peace in the country would never be allowed to go waste.

Mamnoon Hussain urged the youth to acquire modern knowledge to meet future challenges.

His remarks with reference to terrorist sanctuaries came when the a new wave barbarian acts has once again gripped the Country, prompting the Pakistan army and law enforcement agencies (LEAs) to go after the culprits with full force.

Not only raids and search operations are being carried out across the Country to nab terrorists but at diplomatic level, the Afghan government is also being stressed to take result-oriented measures to prevent terror outfits especially Jamaat-ul-Ahrar hiding in Afghanistan from launching subversive activities in Pakistan.
