Government of PakistanSupreme Court has rejected PTI’s documents in Panama Case: Danyal Aziz

ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader Danyal Aziz on Thursday claimed that the Supreme Court of Pakistan today declared documents presented by Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) in Panama Papers Case of no value.

While talking to media persons outside the Supreme Court in Islamabad, Danyal Aziz said that all required documents had been provided to the Supreme Court by the PML-N.

Danyal Aziz said that Counsels of Sharif family were responding to questions of the apex court in Panama Case.

The PML-N leader said that any person who lives abroad, was not bound to pay tax in Pakistan under the law. He explained that Hussain Nawaz was not a tax-payer in Pakistan, adding that Hassan Nawaz and Hussain Nawaz were doing business abroad for many years.

Danyal Aziz said that PTI was apparently making efforts to adjourn the Case in the Election Commission. He said that a case against Imran Khan and Jahangir Tareen was also before Supreme Court.

Danyal said that the PTI Chief Imran Khan gave misdeclarations in the Parliament regarding Bani Gala and foreign funds. He alleged that Imran Khan presented documents with fake signatures of Maryam Nawaz in the Court.

Moreover, he said that PTI was making efforts not just against Nawaz Sharif but against the masses due to next general elections. The people would decide about Imran Khan and his misdeeds in the next general elections, he added.

Danyal Aziz said that Imran Khan and Jahangir Tareen were the politicians who have admitted allegations of corruption and tax theft, and urged the nation to make them accountable in this regard.
