ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: The Caretaker Prime Minister Anwaar Ul Haq Kakar has emphasized that the full force of the State shall be used to protect minorities.
While presiding over the first meeting the Cabinet in Islamabad on Friday, Kakar vowed to honour all international commitments, ensure rule of law, and financial discipline, saying that the newly constituted the Special Investment Facilitation Council (SIFC) holds the key to the economic revival of Pakistan.

Anwaar Ul Haq Kakar also reaffirmed that the government will extend all necessary support to the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) for holding free and fair elections.
The caretaker prime minister reiterated that Pakistan would continue to extend diplomatic, political and moral support to the oppressed people of Illegally Indian Occupied Jammu & Kashmir (IIOJK) until the issue is resolved through a plebiscite as enshrined in UN Security Council resolutions.
