ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: The Ambassador of Saudi Arabia Hawaf Bin Said-al-Malki met the Federal Minister for Maritime Affairs Syed Ali Haider Zaidi at the Ministry of Maritime Affairs in Islamabad on Tuesday to discuss the investment and development opportunities in the Maritime Sector.

In the meeting, the ambassador spoke about the interest of Saudi investors in the Maritime Sector of Pakistan to gain immense mutual benefits.

The Saudi ambassador also emphasized on establishing economic ties with the Maritime Sector of Pakistan.

In his remarks, the federal minister shared his vision of Blue Economy and apprised the Ambassador about all the recent Port developments and projects.

The minister highlighted the enormous opportunities in the Maritime Sector of Pakistan. He reiterated that Pakistan is on the path of economic growth and has massive potential for investment.

Ali Zaidi underlined that Pakistan’s Blue Economy is opening new corridors for progress and development not only in Pakistan but also offers huge investments opportunities to foreign investors.

The minister showed gratitude to the Saudi ambassador for the visit and assured all the support required from his ministry.
