ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: The Federal Minister for Defence Production Rana Tanveer Hussain on Thursday expressed the desire to further strengthen Pakistan’s bilateral relations with the Romanian defence industries.
Talking to the Ambassador of Romania to Pakistan Nicolae Gola in Islamabad, the minister felt need of regular exchanges with Romania on issues of mutual interest.
Rana Tanveer also emphasized on exploring potential for joint collaboration and mutual cooperation in defence production. He offered the products and services of Pakistan Defence Industries to Romania.
The minister expressed his satisfaction over the headway in construction of offshore patrol vessels for Pakistan Navy.
The federal minister thanked the dignitary profusely for his visit and expressed best wishes for the people of Romania.
The Romanian ambassador said that Pakistan is extremely important country with a rich culture, working democracy, vibrant economy and hospitality. He showed his ambitions to work to further improve relations between Pakistan and Romania.
