LAHORE, Pakistan: Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif on Friday paid a surprise visit to the free Flour Distribution Centers in Lahore and Kasur and inquired the people about problems being faced by them in getting the commodity.

During his visit, the prime minister directed the relevant authorities to ensure best arrangements for the distribution of free flour and special consideration be given to the elders, women, and disabled.

The prime minister further stressed that no citizen should suffer in the process of getting free flour.

Shahbaz Sharif asked the administration to take it as a divine duty. He urged them to please Allah Almighty by serving His people in the Holy Month of Ramadan.

The prime minister also distributed free bags of flour among the citizens and interacted with the children present at the Centers.

The prime minister appreciated the administration including the Punjab Chief Secretary, Food Secretary, Commissioner, Deputy Commissioners and others for making better arrangements in this regard.
