ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: Prime Minister Imran Khan has strongly condemned terrorist attacks against the Frontier Corps (FC) troops in Balochistan.
Last night, four FC troops were martyred and eight others injured in two attacks in Quetta and Turbat.
“My prayers and condolences go to the martyrs’ families,” the prime minister said in a Twitter statement on Tuesday.
The prime minister said that we will continue our fight against these terrorists and will not allow them to sabotage peace and development in Balochistan.

In the first incident on Monday night, an FC Post was targeted near Pir Ismail Ziarat area of Quetta by terrorists.
Resultantly, an exchange of fire occurred with terrorists in which four FC soldiers embraced martyrdom and six sustained injuries.
In the second incident, terrorists targeted an FC vehicle with an improvised explosive device (IED) in Turbat. Resultantly, two FC soldiers got injured in the attack.
