KARACHI, Pakistan: President Dr. Arif Alvi has said that Pakistan is desirous of regional peace and stability and will continue its endeavors to maintain it.

While addressing a Ceremony at the PAF Air War College Institute in Karachi on Thursday, the president said that Pakistan adopted an outstanding way forward with regard to peace with India.

The president said that India has prepared such an environment under which it is perpetrating atrocities in Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK) and on the Muslims as well.

President Arif Alvi said that the history of the belligerent neighbours tells that it always resorted to lies before the world community.

Dr. Arif Alvi emphasized that we want to focus on health and education in order to steer the nation out of poverty. He noted that preparedness in terms of future makes a strong nation.
