ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: The Jamiat Ulema-e-Pakistan (JUP) Secretary General Shah Owais Noorani held a meeting with the Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi in Islamabad and discussed matters of mutual interest and promoting religious harmony and brotherhood.

The overall situation of the Country as well as building international unity and consensus were also discussed.

In his remarks, the Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi said that the JUP has always talked of Pakistan.

Mohsin Naqvi said that for the sake of Pakistan, everyone should move forward as one, and to pull the Country out of the whirlpool of crises with positive thinking and consensus.

The interior minister said that today, the Country is facing numerous challenges, and we need to turn them into opportunities.

Owais Noorani assured the interior minister of their full support for the development and prosperity of the Country.
