ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: The Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi met the Awami National Party (ANP) President Senator Aimal Wali Khan on Tuesday, and discussed matters of mutual interest and the Country’s current situation.
During the meeting, they also talked about measures to establish peace in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
The interior minister said that terrorism in all its forms is condemnable. The national narrative against terrorism is the voice of Pakistan. Everyone must unite to tackle terrorism.
Mohsin Naqvi said that the ANP has bravely confronted terrorism, and its people have sacrificed their lives in this war. “We pay tribute to them.”
“It is time to rise above political and factional differences and cleanse Pakistan of terrorist groups. God willing, with public support, we will eliminate the terrorists,” added Mohsin Naqvi.
Aimal Wali Khan assured the ANP’s support for anti-terrorism efforts, stating, “The terrorists have martyred innocent people. We stand with you in this war.”
