ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: The Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Chaudhary Fawad Hussain has said that India’s terrorist network has largely been broken in Balochistan.

In a tweet on Tuesday, the minister said that we will now set the agenda of dialogue with the nationalists.

It’s worth mentioning that in his address to a gathering in elders in Gwadar wherein he paid a day-long visit on Monday, Prime Minister Imran Khan said that the government was planning to reach out to the estranged Baloch youth for the sake of peace in Balochistan.

Imran Khan said that he was mulling to talk to those elements in Balochistan who had either been driven by their grudges or exploited by India in the past to spread anarchy in the Country.

In his tweet, Chaudhary Fawad Hussain also said that Balochistan is very close to the heart of Prime Minister Imran Khan. He said that the federal government will complete 131 projects worth Rs 731 billion in Balochistan.

The information minister said that the development program of the Balochistan government in 2021 is Rs 180 billion.

In Gwadar, Prime Minister Imran Khan launched the 2,200-acre North Gwadar Free Zone Phase 2 as well as unveiled multiple development projects besides other engagements.

Later briefing media, the Minister for Planning and Development Asad Umar said that over US$ 1 billion Chinese investment is expected in Gwadar Free Zone Phase 2.

The minister said that the Chinese investors have evinced great interest for investment in the zone which is 35 times bigger than the first phase.
