ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: Prime Minister Imran Khan has said that Pakistan will always support the people of Indian Occupied Jammu and Kashmir for their just struggle to achieve right to self-determination.
While addressing participants of a human chain formed at the Constitution Avenue in Islamabad to express solidarity with Kashmiris on Friday afternoon, the prime minister said that eight million people have been under curfew for over two months and international media is not properly covering the situation in occupied Kashmir.
Terming the abrogation of Article 370 of the Indian Constitution a “blunder” on the part of Narendra Modi, the prime minister said that his regime would never succeed to quell the voices of Kashmir for their rights.
The prime minister said that the way issue of Kashmir has been raised in the global arena now remains unprecedented in the history.

Meanwhile, the Civil Society also organized a walk in Islamabad today to express solidarity with the Kashmiri people.
The walk which started from Serena Chowk culminated in front of the Foreign Office.
The participants of the walk including school children raised full-throated slogans in support of oppressed Kashmiri people and against the Indian tyranny.
They stressed the United Nations to fulfill its commitments to the resolution of festering Kashmir dispute. They also demanded immediate lifting of curfew and all sorts of restrictions in the held valley.
