In the first held on August 20, the CJCSC felicitated Imran Khan over being elected as the Country’s Prime Minister.

Earlier last night, the prime minister participated in a Ceremony held at army’s general headquarters in Rawalpindi in connection with Defense and Martyrs Day 2018.

While addressing the Ceremony, the prime minister dispelled the impressions of civil military divide, and said that both are on same page regarding the issues faced by the country. He said that our armed forces are our asset and source of pride.

The prime minister said that our army is the only functioning institution in the Country, and also appreciated the role of security forces and intelligence agencies in making the Country safer against all threats.
