ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif said on Friday that the federal government was focused on development of Balochistan which had unfortunately been ignored in previous governments.
“We have made Balochistan as hub of development through investment in road and energy sectors,” the prime minister said while talking to the Balochistan Chief Minister Nawab Sanaullah Khan Zehri who called on him at the PM House in Islamabad.
The Chief Minister discussed issues pertaining to development projects of Balochistan with the prime minister.
Sanaullah Khan Zehri thanked the prime minister for extending maximum support to the people and the government of Balochistan.
Separately, the Sindh Governor Muhammad Zubair also called on the prime minister in Islamabad and discussed issues pertaining to Sindh development.
