ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: The Daily Morning Session of National Flood Response Coordination Centre (NFRCC) was held in Islamabad on Tuesday.

The Session was Chaired by the Deputy Chairman NFRCC Ahsan Iqbal, and Co-Chaired by the Chairman National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) Lieutenant General Akhtar Nawaz and the National Coordinator NFRCC Major General Muhammad Zafar Iqbal.

The forum was apprised on the latest update of Met and flood situation with a focus on adverse health situation and way forward to meet epidemic diseases in flood affected areas of Sindh and Balochistan.

The Deputy Chairman NFRCC Ahsan Iqbal directed the Ministry of Health to present detailed health plan in the next session to provide necessary medical care to affected people.
