Kabul: Four NATO troops and 10 civilians killed in a suicide attack in Parwan province.

According to initial reports senior police official from Parwan Ziaul Rahman Sayedkhili confirmed that the blast had killed six NATO servicemen and 10 civilians including children.

He said a joint ISAF-Afghan force was deployed to the village of Qalandar Khil to investigate a rocket attack on a military base, which happened two days ago and suicide bomber came on a bicycle and hit the convey standing on the road.

An Afghan News Agency confirmed the attack in a twitter message when was asked to confirm the news.
