Islamabad, May 15, 2025 — Foundation University Islamabad organized Open House & Job Fair (Talent Hunt) 2025. Over 80 leading organizations from various sectors participated in the event, conducting on-spot interviews, networking sessions, and recruitment drives. The fair proved to be a vital platform for companies to identify emerging talent and explore collaboration opportunities with the University.
Graduating students from the Faculty of Engineering & IT, Faculty of Management Sciences, and Faculty of Arts & Social Sciences presented their Final Year Projects (FYPs), highlighting their creativity, technical prowess, and problem-solving abilities to a diverse audience of industry professionals and academic experts.
The event was inaugurated on Day 1 by Maj Gen Muhammad Kaleem Asif, Rector FUI. He visited various student stalls and lauded the innovative work and commitment demonstrated by both students and faculty.
On second day of the Open House Maj Gen Prof Dr Qudrat Ullah Malik, Director FUSH in his address underscored the significance of such collaborative events in bridging the gap between academic training and industry expectations.
The event concluded with a closing ceremony where souvenirs were presented to participating organizations and sponsors. In recognition of excellence, cash prizes were awarded to outstanding project teams from each department.
The Open House & Job Fair 2025 reaffirmed Foundation University’s commitment to fostering industry-academia linkages and empowering students with practical exposure and career opportunities.
