RAWALPINDI: A day-long 72nd Formation Commanders’ Conference chaired by the Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Raheel Sharif was held at General Headquarters in Rawalpindi on Wednesday, the Inter Service Public Relations (ISPR) said.

The ISPR) said that the half yearly conference was attended by Corps Commanders, Principal Staff Officers and all Formation Commanders.

The forum was given comprehensive briefings on external and internal security environment. The participants of the conference also dwelt at length on various professional matters.
