ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: The Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi has said that Pakistan will use all international forums to expose India while being ready to retaliate to any aggression.
Talking to media on Tuesday after the violation of Line of Control (LoC) by the Indian Air Force (IAF), the foreign minister said that Indian government is in dire need of winning the upcoming elections.
Shah Mahmood Qureshi said that the Indian leadership is selfish enough, and they are willing to create unrest in the entire region.
Earlier, the Director General Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) Major General Asif Ghafoor in a series of tweets told that violating the LoC, Indian aircrafts intruded from Muzaffarabad Sector but they had to escape after Pakistan Air Force (PAF) responded timely and effectively.
The director general ISPR also said that while returning back, Indian aircrafts released “payload in haste while escaping which fell near Balakot” but fortunately, it caused no human or property damage.

Meanwhile, the ruling Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) while responding to Indian LoC violation said on its official twitter account that “We realise it’s election year, and a desperation across the border. Fact of the matter is, Indian jets were forced to retreat in haste by Pakistan army patrols and dumped fuel, which in their scramble they thought was a bomb.”
“We always knew Indian media was irresponsible, but beating the war drums shows a disturbing bloodlust and deteriorating mindset at a time when Pakistan is on an upward trajectory. Indian jets scrambled back from Balakot which lies close to the LoC.”
