ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: The Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi said that it has been decided in the National Security Committee (NSC) meeting that Pakistan will surely respond to India.

In a Press Conference along with the Finance Minister Asad Umar and the Defence Minister Pervez Khattak, Qureshi said that Pakistan itself will choose time and location for respond action.

The foreign minister said that violation of the Line of Control (LoC) by Indian armed forces is an act of aggression against Pakistan. He said that it is a unanimous stand that India indulged in hostility.

The foreign minister said that a three-member Committee has been constituted, which includes himself, Asad Umar and Pervez Khattak, for negotiation with the Parliamentary leadership to take them on board on the unfolding regional situation.

Shah Mahmood Qureshi also said that it has also been decided in the NSC meeting that Pakistani and foreign media personnel will be transported to the site, which India claims to have struck, immediately via helicopters if weather permits to unveil the Indian propaganda. He said that the UNMOGIP will also be taken to the site.

Qureshi said that the international leadership will also be engaged by the prime minister and the foreign office, and apprised about the Indian malicious agenda against Pakistan which is causing instability in the region.

Replying to a question, the foreign minister said that Indian airplanes entered into Pakistani territory at 2:55 am and they left at 2:58 am as soon as the Pakistan Air force (PAF) fighter jets were scrambled.

The foreign minister told another questioner that Indian politicians are endangering the regional peace due to their election compulsions.

Pervez Khattak said that a befitting response will be given to Indian aggression.
