In a press release issued in Islamabad, the Foreign Office said that the Indian Deputy High Commissioner J.P. Singh was summoned by the Director General (South Asia & SAARC) Dr. Muhammad Faisal to condemn the unprovoked ceasefire violation in the Khuiratta Sector on Tuesday (February 07, 2017).

On Tuesday, 25-year old Ashfaq was martyred as a result of Cross Border Firing by the Indian forces in the Khuiratta Sector across the Line of Control (LoC).
