ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: The Official Anthem of the 48th Session of the OIC Council of Foreign Ministers (OIC-CFM) to be in Islamabad on March 22-23, 2022 is being launched on Saturday.
The Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi and the Minister for Information and Broadcasting Chaudhary Fawad Hussain will jointly inaugurate the Official Anthem.
The theme of the 48th OIC-CFM Session “Partnering for Unity, Justice, and Development” represents the commitment to foster unity within the Ummah, advance the cause of justice for all Muslims, and promote prosperity and sustainable development for OIC Member States.

In its Inaugural Session on Tuesday, Prime Minister Imran Khan will deliver the keynote address.
Apart from addressing core issues on the agenda particularly Palestine and Jammu and Kashmir, the Conference discussions will focus on key priorities such as countering Islamophobia, recovery from COVID-19 pandemic and diverse matters of peace and security, economic development, cultural and scientific cooperation and revitalizing role of OIC.
Meanwhile, while speaking at his weekly news briefing in Islamabad, the Spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Asim Iftikhar Ahmad said that flawless administrative and security arrangements have been made for the two-day 48th Session of OIC Council of Foreign Ministers in Islamabad.
The Spokesperson said that Pakistan will seek to build partnerships and bridges of cooperation across the Islamic world to promote collective interests of the Ummah and to address the myriad of challenges confronting Muslims.
