Foreign OfficeIndia makes mockery of human rights every day in Kashmir: Foreign Office

ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: Pakistan has strongly condemned the abhorrent ruthless killing of 14 innocent Kashmiris including father of a three-month baby and injuries to further 200 people by direct Indian firing on protestors in Pulwama district of Occupied Kashmir.

“From blinding 18 month baby hiba, to murdering 14 year old Kashmiri boys, India makes a mockery of human rights every day in IOK (Indian Occupied Kashmir),” said the Foreign Office Spokesperson Dr Mohammad Faisal in a tweet on Saturday.

Dr Faisal said that the establishment of the Commission of Inquiry (COI) by the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) is imperative for bringing an immediate halt to Indian state sponsored terrorism and human right abuses in IOK.

Earlier in the day, the Indian security forces resorted to open firing at a gathering causing deaths to 14 civilians.

The crowd had gathered to register its protest after the Indian security forces sieged an area in Sirnoo Village and indulged in an exchange of fire with alleged militants.
