ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: The Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi will undertake an official visit to China on August 20.
During his visit, the foreign minister will meet the Chinese leadership in Beijing and exchange views on Pakistan-China bilateral relations and issues of mutual interest.
Meanwhile, in a Press Conference along with the other Federal Cabinet Members in Islamabad on Tuesday along with the other Federal Cabinet Members, Shah Mahmood Qureshi said that our relationship with China is transforming into a strong economic partnership.
The foreign minister said that the second phase of China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) involves industrialization in Pakistan.
Qureshi said that enhancing agriculture productivity, poverty alleviation and human resource development are other important components of the second phase of the CPEC project.
