ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: Afghanistan’s Interim Foreign Minister Amir Khan Muttaqi phoned the newly appointed Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar to felicitate him on assuming the new Office at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Islamabad.
The two foreign ministers agreed to continue working together in building on fraternal bilateral relations between Pakistan and Afghanistan.
Ishaq Dar told his Afghan Counterpart that expanding the cooperation with Afghanistan in connectivity, trade, security, counter terrorism and people to people contacts is a top priority for Pakistan.
