Do you remember the Asma that was always in a hospital emergency and need of money? Why wouldn’t you? We all have got a text from poor Asma in dire situations. Well, there is a new Asma in town and you are surely going to have a good laugh at this one. Let’s start with the story related to Foodpanda

Once upon a time, there were people who ordered from FoodPanda. They placed an order from their favourite eateries but were disappointed to not receive what they expected. Naturally, just like you and me, they decided to register their complaint to the FoodPanda help centre so the necessary action is taken. Here comes the major twist in our story. . .
The FoodPanda customer query team has an Asma and she knows how to take your queries, but doesn’t know how to resolve them. This is super weird, because what else is customer service supposed to do?

   

Recently, various threads have surfaced over social media where various customers have shared their experience of contacting FoodPanda customer service and getting in touch with Asma who does not how to solve their queries. There is some discrepancy in the food ordering company’s end where it has outsourced the customer service to some team, which does not know how to handle everyday issues that the order placers face.
The saddest part here is that other than Asma and the rests not knowing how to respond to the customers, they do not know how to deal with them either. Most of the customers have complained that while explaining what the issue is and how will it be resolved; they end the chat abruptly. What even is that?

Now that the story is over, we do know there is something fishy going with the FoodPanda’s team. And whatever the issue is, it is not sitting well with us as customers. We just wait to hear back from Asma and the representatives as to what’s going on. . .
