FoodSpecial Eid Recipe of Bifaat

 Ingredients    
Meat                                      1kg
Onion sliced                        2 pieces
Ginger,Garlic paste          1tbsp
Potatoes                             2
Tomatoes                          4
Jaggery                            2tbsp
Salt                                  1tbsp
Carrrots                         2
Green peas                   1 cup
Oil                                 2tbsp

Grind ingredients
Dry red chilies             12
Cumin seeds               1tbsp
Cinnamon                  1 piece
Cloves                         6 pieces
Black pepper            1tbsp
Vinegar                       a little

Grind the all above mentioned ingredients with their mentioned quantity with a little amount of vinegar.
In a separate pan take 1kg of mutton and add ginger, garlic paste and mix it until color changed. Then add a little water and oil in pan until it’s cooked. Now add grinned ingredients including jigger and salt. If mutton is soft and cooked then add sliced potatoes, carrot and peas. Leave for 10 minutes for further cooking. Now ready to serve.
