Soft snickerdoodle cookies have a great taste and amazing texture. They are easy to bake and best for tea time.

Ingredients:

Butter 1 cup

Sugar 1 and ½ cups

Flour 2 and ¾ cups

Eggs 2 (large)

Cream of tartar 2 teaspoons

Baking soda 1 teaspoon

Salt ¼ teaspoon

Cinnamon 3 teaspoons

Direction:

  1. Preheat oven to 360 F

  2. Take bowl and mix sugar, eggs and butter in it.

  3. Combine creams of tartar, salt, flour and baking soda in another bowl.

  4. Use butter mixture to blend dry ingredients.

  5. Keep chill dough about 10 to 15 minutes in fridge.

  6. During that, add 3 teaspoons cinnamon and 3 tablespoon of sugar in a small bowl.

  7. Now make balls (1 inch) of dough.

  8. Coat with sugar mixture.

  9. Place them on chilled ungreased cookie sheet,

  10. Bake for 10 minutes.

  11. Serve with tea.
