RAWALPINDI: An Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) in Rawalpindi has adjourned the hearing of Benazir Bhutto assassination case till 25th of this month as FIA could not present challan in the court.

FIA took plea that it cannot submit a challan till the appointment of new Prosecutor after the murder of Prosecutor Chaudhry Azhar did not appear before the court.

Investigation Officer informed the court that FIA Special Public Prosecutor is not appearing due to security reasons and prayed the court to provide him security on his way from Sialkot to Rawalpindi.

The court summoned CPO Rawalpindi Abdul Razzaq Cheema on 25th of this month.

The court ordered that challan must be presented in the court during next hearing of the case.
