Lucerne, Switzerland: The 3rd World Tourism Forum is scheduled to be held at the Swiss Museum of Transport, Lucerne from 17-19 April this year. The Dispatch News Desk reports.

The Programme of World Tourism Forum Lucerne 2013 is designed to identify and discuss the strategic challenges for the travel, tourism and hospitality industry. In the top class destination of Lucerne, Switzerland, the biennial Forum Programme 2013 attracts an exclusive group of professionals, leaders and experts from business, government, science and the financial sector. The main topics of the Programme 2013 are: global shift, green growth, talents and new marketing.

It is expected that around 400 top level international executives and experts from the private and public sector will meet to discuss with tomorrow’s best young talents. The Young Talents Programme is inviting the best students from the Forum’s partner universities to the World Tourism Forum Lucerne (Switzerland). The Forum has enjoyed remarkable success with the Young Talents Programme in the past and is very much looking forward to award our partner universities, most potential students at the Forum 2013.

Partner universities of the Young Talent Programme include; University of Johannesburg, University of Waterloo, The University of Queensland (School of Tourism) Australia, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Univeristy of Brighton, Ecole Hoteliere Lavasa, Ecole Hoteliere Lausanne, Lucerne Univeristy of Applied Sciences and Arts and EACH (Univeristy of Sao Paulo).
