In a long rejoinder to PTI Chief Imran Khan, Jang Group of Publication claimed as:

Will Khan ask why Shireen Mazari will never ask them any questions? Will she tell Khan that three mainstream news channels bureaus in Washington DC were paid by US State Department funds and GEO News is the only one that funds its own bureau in Washington DC, NY and London.

It has been alleged that US States Department has been funding different groups including political groups religious groups and media groups within pakistan and abroad but this is first time allegation came from the biggest media group against States Department. There is no clarification appeared from States Department yet against these serious allegations. Why States Department is funding media houses of Pakistan? , is an interesting question in the mind of people in pakistan.
