ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: Irrespective of Countries, Creed, Colour or Religion, the Novel Coronavirus continues to cause huge fatalities across the globe while thousands of people are tied up in battling with the disease and their number are climbing exponentially as the days pass.
Since December last year, the deadly virus hasn’t spared any one and so far 550,000 people around the World including ministers, parliamentarians, sportsmen and actors have been diagnosed with it.
Now the British Prime Minister Boris Johnson has also been affected by it, and forced to put himself in self-isolation at his home in Downing Street, London. Though he would yet lead the Country as its Chief Executive.
Boris Johnson himself apprised the World that he developed mild symptoms of Coronavirus i.e. temperature and persistent cough; therefore, on the personal advice of England’s Chief Medical Officer Professor Chris Whitty, he was tested which found out to be positive.
Over the last 24 hours I have developed mild symptoms and tested positive for coronavirus.
I am now self-isolating, but I will continue to lead the government’s response via video-conference as we fight this virus.
Together we will beat this. #StayHomeSaveLives pic.twitter.com/9Te6aFP0Ri
