U.K. Foreign Secretary arrives in Islamabad today

ISLAMABAD: British Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs William Hague is arriving in Islamabad today to discuss critical issues pertaining to terrorism and Afghanistan with the Pakistani leadership.

The British secretary of state will hold talks with the Advisor to the Prime Minister on National Security and Foreign Affairs Sartaj Aziz on a wide range of matters including bilateral relations‚ regional situation‚ post-withdrawal Afghanistan scenario‚ engagements with Taliban and other militant groups and measures to curb terrorism from the region.

The two leaders will also address a joint press stakeout in the evening.
