PESHAWAR: Awami National Party (ANP) leader Asfandyar Wali Khan said on Thursday that terrorists wanted to keep his party out of elections.

In a meeting of ANP leaders held in Peshawar, Asfandyar Wali said the terrorist elements wanted to keep the liberal party away from the elections, adding that no power would be allowed to postpone the elections.

The ANP leader said his party had devised new strategy to contest elections and whatever situation might emerge the party would stand tall against the challenges and would participate fully in the coming elections.
