ISLAMABAD: The Election Commission continues scrutiny of nomination papers of candidates for the general elections and the process will be finalized on Sunday.
The Commission has received 22‚182 nomination papers for the National and Provincial Assemblies seats.
6‚522 nomination papers are for the National Assembly while 13‚660 nomination papers are for the 4 Provincial Assemblies.
The scrutiny of Nomination Papers of 184 candidates for ten minority seats of the National Assembly begins today.
